Introduction to InnerSource Commons
The InnerSource Commons is the world’s largest online community of InnerSource practitioners, representing over 1,300 subscribers from more than 500 organizations.
Our community is dedicated to the concept of InnerSource, which we define as the use of open source principles and practices for software development within the confines of an organization.
By bringing these world-class practices “inside the firewall,” companies can break down silos, scale internal collaboration, and identify opportunities to eventually contribute back to the open source world.
