Getting Started with InnerSource Consultations

At Comcast, the model for open source and InnerSource lives within the same organization, the Open Source Program Office (OSPO). Over the past several years, InnerSource has embedded itself in the OSPO roadmap from a grassroots effort. As a result, guidelines were formed to help developers build an InnerSource culture and community.

This presentation will discuss the technical, operational, and cultural factors used to enable engineering collaboration in an InnerSource consultation.
